Designed by our Principal, David Segoviano, this ADU is under construction and is being built precisely per the owner's needs. Limited by yard space, we provided the homeowner with a design that met their objectives: an efficient, engaging, simple ADU with an open floor concept that matches the primary residence's architectural style. Due to the property being in a flood zone area, the permit process required additional requirements and rigorous reviews. To ensure compliance, we managed and worked closely with structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, topographic surveyors, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Today, construction is underway, and our management team continues to consult and guide the client throughout every step of the way.
