The homeowners of this project were looking to remodel and update their outdated kitchen but needed help visualizing the design they had in mind. To help them understand and visualize their new kitchen, Segoviano Construction provided a 3D model representation of it. Working closely with the clients, we generated a design that met their objectives and assisted them in selecting appliances, materials, finishes, and hardware. Once we finalized the layout, we started construction and demoed the existing kitchen. This kitchen remodel included installing new cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash, undercabinet lighting, tile flooring, trim work, and painting. In addition, the layout change required moving and altering the gas, water, vents, and sewer lines, as well as running new electrical lines for appliances, receptacles, and undercabinet lighting.
